I was going for a bit of geode/lava rock scheme, but my two teal/aqua shades weren't distinct enough. I probably should've stuck to a straight blue, but I'm pretty much the queen of mixing too many shades to make something that I already had. You can't see the back, but it's a corally red shade. Used up the last of my Pravana Neon Yellow on this, and I think I'm going to replace it instead of going back to my standard Electric Banana or Bright Yellow. I like the neutral tone it has, particularly for making orange shades. The golden yellow was a mix of Truly Red and Neon Yellow. The teal was diluted Emerald. I also added a touch of Green Ivy to it, but the two shades are essentially the same. The blue-ish purple is a combo of Locked-In Teal, Indigo Blue, and a touch of Flamingo Pink diluted in equal parts conditioner. The corally red in the back (not shown) was diluted Punky Cherry on Top and Neon Yellow.

I feel like I'm always bouncing between warm and cool, but this felt nice for the change in seasons. For some reason, the oranges I mix up always end up fading down really quickly. It's only been two washes and the roots are already down to a golden flaxseed shade. The orange was Truly Red and Neon Yellow. The purple was roughly 2:1 Flamingo Pink and Locked-In Teal diluted in equal parts conditioner. I kept it a bit more on the pink side, because it was going over a minty green base and I think it pulled the way I wanted it to. It's not shown in the photo, but the back is a bit of a raspberry shade made with about 1:1 Truly Red and Flamingo.

I really liked how this turned out, though after three washes some of the. The yellow was mostly Neon Yellow with a touch of Truly Red to warm it up to more of a golden shade. The purple was UV Turquoise and Flamingo Pink and a touch of Neon Yellow to mute it, all diluted with about equal parts conditioner. The turquoise of UV Turquoise on its own. The slightly darker blue was UV Turquoise, Blue Black, and Green Ivy.

I haven't done a rainbow ina couple of years, and I quite liked how this one turned out. I could've devoted more space to the orange, but I was afraid that it would swallow the yellow, The red and yellow were Truly Red and Neon Yellow and they were blended together to form the orange. The green was about equal parts Electric Lizard and UV Turquoise. The Blue was about 1:3:1 Flamingo Pink, UV Turquoise, and Emerald. The Purple was equal parts Flamingo Pink and UV Turquoise.

Re-bleached my roots and really tried to stick to a monochromatic plan this time. I like how it turned out, but the application could have definitely been better. The grey was primarily Graphite with just a squeeze of Blue Black. The roots are slightly diluted blue black. For any darker bits that didn't get enough bleach, I brushed on a mix of Graphite and Indigo Blue (about 10:1) to blend it in a bit better. Graphite is quite a flat grey compared to most metallic silvers dyes, but it makes a good base for dusty shades like this, because it stays nice and muted.

The purple was Blue Black and Flamingo Pink with about twice as much conditioner. The green was Green Ivy and Electric Lizard. The yellow was just Neon Yellow. The more golden shade near my temple was originally an orange with Flamingo Pink and Neon Yellow, but it's since faded down pretty much entirely to yellow. I'm pretty happy with the smoky purple I got out of this, but I'm really running out of bleached areas.

I've been super into teal and orange lately, but I had so much minty green left over from the last round and I wasn't sure how well the warm tones would show up. I'm quite happy with how this turned out. The goldenrod shade is mostly Neon Yellow with just a touch of Truly Red to warm it The turquoise is slightly diluted UV Turquoise with a touch of Graphite to lighten it up. The orange was about equal parts Neon Yellow and Truly Red.

A second try at the Starry Night Theme. I like how it works better with the simpler placement. I added a tiny bit of pink into the Graphite to tone the green in my hair, but it ended up a bit too lavender initially.

How my colours have faded out over time. The purple is pretty much a pale blue now. The yellow has a tinge of green from the leftover turquoise under the yellow. The pink is a pretty light dusty mauve shade. I'm usually not as much a fan of pastels on me, but the dark roots and the silvery base on all of the colours seem to help them fit better.

The purple is a roughly a 2:1 mix of Flamingo Pink and Blue Black diluted with equal parts conditioner. The pink is about 1:1 Flamingo Pink and Cherry on Top also diluted. The yellow is just Neon Yellow diluted. I was originally going for more muted fall-esque shades, but the purple ended up way more bright and saturated than I expected, so I just when with this more neon theme instead. It doesn't match my clothes, but I'm pretty found of this and it's actually not something I've done before. The yellow is actually quite green underneath the pink, because I was left with lots of minty green staining as expected.

A bit of a random mix of cool tones with a neon yellow. I was going for a bit of an impressionist Starry Night vibe, though the yellow ended up a bit more green than I anticipated. Overall, it's growing on me, though it's a bit messy. I'm mostly excited to be back to a full head of bleached hair, even though I've probably cursed myself to eight months of minty green staining.

I keep seeing very summer-y shades from everyone, but I guess I'm perpetually stuck with fall/winter shades. I went for a short trip and did a bit of swimming and my faded colours went straight to a murky grey-ish green. I used the opportunity to a bit of a Wonder Woman themed colour scheme. The red and grey were just Truly Red and Titanium. The yellow was Neon Moon layer with a bit of Neon Yellow. The two shades of blue are actually slightly different with the bit on the left being a mix of Blue Black and Flamingo Pink diluted by about half and the right side (barely visible) being a mix of Locked-In Teal and Flamingo Pink. I have to say, after suffering through Neon Moon for what feels like forever, Neon Yellow is sooo much better. It's really saturated but doesn't have much of a green tinge. I spend a lot of time trying to get a more saturated cobalt blue, but I think the mix of pink and green tones just dulled it down too much. I also kind of regret the placement of the grey, as it seems to make the yellow and the blue both look a little too soft and a bit muddy looking, and I was going for more of a high-contrast look. I'm debating going over it with some more blue, but I really wanted to have a little something for Wonder Women's bracelets.
