Manic Panic Blue Steel

A strong gunmetal grey, Manic Panic’s Blue Steel delivers a fantastic neutral mid-grey tone that flatters all skin tones.

Although this is darker than silver, treat this shade like a pastel and only apply it to hair that has been pre-lightened to pale blonde.

Reviews of Manic Panic Blue Steel

  • Didn't work for me. Just made my level 10 blonde hair a darker blonde. Pravana Vivids Chroma Silk Silver worked for me but was a little too dark
  • for me again it works very good! as it gave me a unique color that surprised me with the different shades give in different can check and on my timeline ^_^ the only bad is too little for 118 ml as i think if be mixed with conditioner i dont think that can give any strong color! i used in very white base and it comes blue, steel, grey ! Awesome color!
  • I use Blue Steel to get silver tone and it works great for me. I dilute it with conditioner. Under different kind of light it changes to silver-blue tone. The only negative thing that it doesn't last long. But at the end it's totally worth your time!
