Adore Mocha

Mocha is a fantastic coffee-coloured brown shade with rich, warm tones. It’s ideal for recolouring previously lightened hair or adding shine and vibrancy to a faded permanent colour.

Since this is a direct dye, and does not contain peroxide, it works best on hair that has previously been lightened although a slight tint may be achieved on natural hair.

  • Semi-permanent
  • No ammonia or peroxide
  • For pre-lightened or colour treated hair

Reviews of Adore Mocha

  • It dyed: my hair It didn't dye: my pillow 10/10
  • The first time i used this product was to dye a half of my hair brown (the other was silver). It worked very well, it's a rich brown colour and it doesn't bleed into other colours. However, it does fade quite fast. I used this dye to dye my hair all over and the colour was very nice and even but it started fading after 2-3 washes. I didn't mind too much as I was just looking for a temporary cover-up. Overall, It's a good product but it doesn't last too long and doesn't leave stubborn tones in your hair that are impossible to get rid of.
  • I really like this shade of brown and the dye itself is very forgiving. I used it over a very orange base, not very faded at all, and it covered beautifully, even diluted. It really didn't stain my skin or pillowcase very much if at all :D
  • Much as I love my purple hair colour it makes my olive skin look very yellow so I've decided to cover with brown, maybe leaving some tips purple. Has anyone used this over purple? If not, what sort of results do people predict? I'd like the purple to be there in a muted form, so brown with purple lowlights sort of thing. I see WhiteRabbit above has used over orange to good effect, but I'm guessing purple will be very different as a base. Thanks for any tips :)
