Returns Policy

We know, sometimes you change your mind or your hair plans don't work out as expected. Maybe you just bought more than you needed.

We make returns easy. Simply get in touch with us and we'll help you arrange to return your goods.

Just a few conditions:

* We need to receive your return within 14 days of you receiving it.
* The products need to arrive back with us in a resalable condition and must not have been opened or damaged in any way.
* Returning the items safely is your responsibility - we can't give you a refund if the product gets lost or damaged on its way back to us.
* You pay return postage.
* We'll refund the value of all resalable goods using your original payment method. Postage costs are non-refundable on overseas orders unless the item was faulty.
