Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! You can pay using your PayPal account or with your credit card through PayPal. Please note that if your PayPal account is not in credit and PayPal is drawing funds from your bank account as an e-cheque payment, your order will be delayed by around 10 days while the payment clears.
Is my online payment secure?
Yes! All payments are carried out on secure servers and any card details that you enter are processed and held securely.
We use reputable payment service providers Ingenico and PayPal to process payments over an encrypted connection. We do not store your credit or debit card details, although you may optionally choose to store details with Ingenico for faster checkout.
Can I pay by cheque/check?
We no longer accept paper cheques or drafts, however you can pay via PayPal using your bank account in the form of an e-check.
Can I pay cash?
We strongly advise against sending cash through the post as we cannot be responsible for its safe delivery.
Do you accept Escrow/Western Union?
Currently we do not accept this form of payment.
I need a refund – how do I get one?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already moved to the "Pick & Pack" stage of processing it may not be possible to cancel.
If your order has already been sent you can return the items for a refund. Always contact us before sending anything back so that we can ensure your refund is processed quickly. Please see our returns policy for more details.
If you require a refund for any other reason, please contact us and let us know. If your order arrived damaged it would be helpful if you would provide photos of the damage.
Refunds are issued by the same means as payment, so for example if you paid using PayPal the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. We'll update you when the refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show on your account.
