I'm not in the UK, can I still order?
Yes. International orders are welcome and we have a range of shipping options available to keep costs down.

What ways can I pay for my order?
The easiest and fastest way to pay is by PayPal or with a credit card. We do request that your shipping address and billing address match as this helps us reduce the incidence of fraudulent orders. We also accept payment drafts as long as the currency is UK Pounds (GBP).

How are orders shipped?
All international orders are sent by airmail so that they reach you as quickly as possible. If you'd prefer to be able to track your order or are buying something valuable then choose the “International Signed-For” option. It requires a signature on delivery and you can track your order online.

How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on where you are and also on your local postal service. Usually European Orders take around 3-5 working days. US and Canadian orders take around 5-7 working days to arrive, and around 7-10 days for the rest of the world. Occasionally it can take up to 3 weeks for overseas orders to arrive.

Will I have to pay customs or taxes on my order?
If you live outside of the European Union, you may have to pay a fee when your order is delivered based on its value. As this varies for each country, we recommend you check with your local customs office first.

How much does shipping cost?
We calculate your shipping cost based on 3 things:- its weight, the destination and the shipping method chosen. For this reason it's not possible to give individual estimates but we'll tell you the full postage cost before you have to pay for you order.

Can I track my order?
If you've chosen our “International Signed-For” shipping option at checkout we'll usually have emailed you the tracking number and a link to where to use it. You can also check your order history for this number.

I haven't received my order. What can I do?
First of all, check your order history for any updates or tracking numbers. If you've chosen International Signed-For postage option we'll provide a tracking number that you can use with your local postal service. Any email that we've sent you will show up here to. Click here to view your order history.

Orders are usually delivered overseas in about 1-3 weeks but occasionally it can take up to 25 working days. Has it been that long? If so we want to know. Please contact us and let us know that you haven't received your order.

We can usually resolve any problems you have directly so please do not raise a dispute with PayPal or your credit card company without first letting us know that you have a problem. We don't get updates when orders are delivered so unless you tell us you haven't received your order we won't know there's a problem.

During holiday periods like Christmas/New Year please expect an additional delay of up 10 days.
