Unfortunately the white streaks didn't work out. I was having a lot of problems with bleeding from the orange, since I have to wash my hair quite frequently. I decided then to use the rest of the Fire (Directions) I had for higlights on the new tone of red
(By the way, I used Vermelho Incrível from Exotic, it's a Brazilian brand, a LOT easier to find around here, and I have to say I'm impressed with it's quallity. It's lasting well and fadding to a dark pinkishy color. The only downside is that it stains everything it touches when wet.)
Bleachbathed the front of my hair this morning and was so surprised with how nice a base I got, I thought why not? My first ever rainbow! I look a bit minging here (will have to take a pic with some makeup on), but I was so excited to show. :) It's Nice 'N' Easy Medium Ash blonde on the back (not black). :P Hurray!!
I've put in wool dreadlocks to hide the length of my hair while I grow it out(that's the plan anyway). Made them myself from undyed Merino wool. I tried to use my dye on them but it didn't work at all - they came out pale and dull so I ordered some Jacquard Acid Dye for natural fibers in Scarlet - it matches my hair almost perfectly!
I love this picture, but I'm really not sure about this dye job. It only looks good from exactly this angle....
Luckily, good ol' Fluorescent Glow never lets me down, and I still get to grin every time I see the sides!
The two blue were pre-mixed together and I knew that the blue would bleed into the yellow because I wanted a really intense lime green. Totally worked and I got the blue I was going for :D! Then there's a layer of black in back and under my fringe.
