Hair treatments like Olaplex and Aphogee on healthy hair?

I have a boat load of Olaplex and Aphogee because my hair was damaged due to bleaching. These products helped me to manage my compromised hair immensely.

Now that I stopped doing anything harsh to my hair, it’s looking pretty healthy.

My question is, should I still use these products regularly? Do they make a difference on healthy hair?

Both products do recommend regular use to maintain their results. Bleached hair doesn't really heal over time, but as you saw, there are plenty of products to help it look and feel better. Your regrowth probably won't benefit as much from the additional protein or the bond builder, so you might be able to save some product by applying only to the previously processed areas. I'd just be careful to not overdo it with the Aphogee as it's a protein treatment and sometimes, protein overload can make your hair very stiff and brittle until it washes out.

    Thanks Vivienne!

    I’ll use it tonight!
