Triangle/frizzy Hair help?by SelenaloluPosted 1 year, 4 months ago
Hey guys! I'm having some trouble with my haircut and thought maybe some of you could help. I recently got about 3 inches of my hair cut with a few layers around my face, and now it just poofs out into a triangle :( the layers are the main issue since they just look bulky and like a long frizzy bob. My hair is very thick so maybe that might be causing it?? I also wear my hair in a bun everyday because of how thick it is, so maybe that's also contributing to the frizzyness? Idk, but any help would be appreciated!

You could use a little oil like vanilla silk. That will help w your fluffs. Even the right detangler. I use shea moisture coconut and hibiscus kids detangler when my hair is dry, and I don't get as many fly aways. Also if you wear your hair in a bun try and twist you're hair around itself (instead of a messy bun) and it will help it be more uniform when you take it down. So instead of looking like your hair is trying to go every which way it will look wavy instead.

Thanks, I'll try the oil and detangler! I already do the twist buns but due to my hair's length I guess it just poofs out at the ends.

don't use harsh shampoos, look for a shampoo with glycerin as one of the ingredients. do a deep conditioning treatment once a week. put a few drops of dry oil on your hair after bath while your hair is still wet
