My hair is a horrible horrible mess please help...Posted 7 years, 6 months ago
So I did my hair green, yellow and fuschia last night the manic panic fuschia shock was so watery I didn't think anything of it so I put it on washed my hair out with freezing cold water like I always do with bright colors and the fuschia bled into everything and its not even fuschia its like red and a dark purple its horrible, I hate it I dont know what to do whether to bleach it again to get it out, or use sunlight dish soap to lighten it a few shades and then bleach it again I didnt want to bleach it again but I really do not like this color at all and some of my roots are still yellow and whats not turned orange or red its bad.. help, opinions..
sorry for the horrible photo I hated it so its been up in a pony tail all day and its still wet from last night...

Bleach should be a last resort. Check out this article, there are lots of ways to remove color listed here.
Try the non-bleach methods first before you bleach. The methods listed here are far gentler to your hair.
There's a lot of beauty in ordinary things. Isn't that kind of the point?

I managed to get a horrible purple disaster out of my hair in one night. I just used dandruff shampoo, bicarb, and lemon juice with a dash of conditioner. Applied, covered, blasted with a hair dryer, left for an hour or so, rinsed in hot water. Then repeated several times. Be careful if your hair is fragile though, it will be drying.
I did then what I knew then, & when I knew better, I did better.

or a purple shade will cover it all up nicely so you can start again with it
