Right now my hair is in faux hawk in Arctic Fox Virgin Pink. Roots are showing which don't bother me much but my hair is pretty short. I was thinking about removing the pink as much as possible. I have washed my hair with head and shoulders shampoo for about 3 weeks now and only some parts is light but rest is pretty vibrant.
I just picked up Iroiro Platinum today. I was debating on weather to just bleach my whole head including my shaved sides/back to do the whole thing in platinum. Or just slap it over the pink and the natural color, or bleach the roots and do the platinum in the roots. Here is the picture of my hair now.
I have the Ion Bleach cream that I love.

Platinum won't cover the pink you have now, unfortunately. It'll bring the brightness down, but it's not super pigmented and that pink will definitely still show through. I also don't think it'll cover your sides/roots- it'll probably give you a tint until the first wash, but then come right out. Try the vitamin c or baking soda method before bleaching the pink, as semi permanent dyes aren't really intended to be bleached out. If you're wanting the platinum on the sides and roots, I'd definitely recommend bleaching those.

Welcome back! I like your new style. You will need to hopefully get the pink down to a pastel before going platinum? Have you tried vitamin C treatments, etc. yet? I usually find that dandruff shampoos work to a point, but I do still need to switch to a fading treatment with vitamin C and/or baking soda to get more out.

Thank you for the welcome back. It has been forever. I will need to share pics of all the color I have done since Last March. Looks like I may need to do the vitamin treatment since head and shoulders is barely moving the color. One suggested to do that shampoo on dry hair first then wash off and do conditioner after.

What I do is wet my hair, mix dish soap, baking soda and/or vitamin C, dandruff shampoo together and work that into my hair and let it set for 20+ minutes. If the vitamin C or baking soda is too drying, you can just try soaking with shampoo alone, if you haven't already. I haven't tried it on dry hair, though it's worth a shot.

I did it on dry hair, the ends are lighter but closer to the roots man it is stubborn. I do love my pink hair tho.
