Hi so I bleached and Toned my hair about 10 days ago, I used wella Perm colors and after a few washes it washed out so I wanted to re do it, do I have to re-bleach it or just use a wella perm color again, I used a light ash blond for the hair and for the roots a med ash brown, thanks In advance.

You shouldn't need to re-bleach, but I wouldn't recommend using a permanent dye every 10 days, as you'll accumulate a lot of damage that way. I'd try to find a semi-permanent dye if you can.
