Alright, what next to remove teal?by V94Posted 1 week, 4 days ago
I dyed my hair teal about two weeks back using ion Jade. Honestly, I thought I would like it, and while it came out perfectly I learned that I really do not want teal hair.
I bleached to a light blonde (8) before dying and would like to get back to that... But it seems like it'll be impossible.
I've washed with clarifying shampoo, dish soap, soaking in epsom salts, ive used a color remover (colorfix), and now I've ran a few strand tests with bleach (20vol, ion high lift creme bleach) only to find that it may only lift it a shade, if that.
Pictures are of a week ago, and then today after trying several things to fade it. As you can see, not much has happened.
Color does come out every time I shampoo but I feel like I never see a significant change no matter how many times I shampoo or how hot of water I use. What else can I try?

ion blues and green are pracically permanant i would probably let go of the idea of blonde however if you can fade it to a mint green ( shampoo soaks of dandruff shampoo is the safest way) you can dye over it with a blue or purple or any darker natural shade
