I wanted a brighter end result but I used a perm age beautiful 5rr and 4v mixed together even amounts. I’m wondering if putting a semi bright color on top will show, thinking of buying a couple colors and doing some strand tests in the back. Looking for the second pic. First is what I have going on covering my pizza face :) any advice would be helpful.
I do have some one n only magenta I got from Sally’s. I used to use it on my bleached hair years ago I’ll prob try a strand and see if it picks up any of it
Omg, the second color is swoon worthy! Great suggestions, everyone... Definitely inspired to go plum/deep wine after I tire of my current shade.
I purchased Aubergine by Crazy Color, which is supposed to be a dark yet bold burgundy purple. The swatches look lovely, and I recently had great success with a Crazy Color brand red on unbleached (yet pre-dyed with a fading drugstore shade, leaving my hair at a level 4 at my natural roots and a level 5 for the already treated hair - I also lightly balayaged a few faint highlight no lighter than a level 6 - but the color took fantastically all over).
I think Crazy Color's Aubergine is known to work on unbleached hair pretty well, afaik...
I've also heard positive things about Direction's Plum and have been meaning to try Manic Panic's Plum Passion for some time. I've also seen some pretty inspiring pictures of Plum Passion on a few people's Pintrest pages... Try googling it to see if it's what you are seeking...
Let us know how it turns out if you go for it! I'm curious to see your reviews if you go plum, as I could use the insight and also it sounds like it could very well be a good fit for you :)

Personally, I got a similar colour to your second image by bleaching my hair to an uneven and somewhat dirty blonde and using crazy colour bordeaux mixed with manic panic vampire red and two washes later (with baby shampoo) it was roughly your aim colour.
