I am going to do highlights and lowlights on my eldest daughter, as she is transutionning from a full blonde (highlight as she is natural level 7) to a more lived-in blonde look. I already did it once, using color touch 7.0 and 8.38 to lowlight, but it faded fast and was a bit too warm. I was wondering if Wella Illumina, or Loreal Diarichesse would fade less fast, I would rather avoid permanent dye? as she will be spending several months in Asia, she may not be able to get her hair highlighted (but maybe she will and for less expensive than here, the only thing is she doesn't speak local language and asian hair is much stronger than hers so not she would need to find a hairstylist who speaks english and can adapt the techniques to her hair)). Any ideas?
