Have you tried Katie's fading method? In my experience it works wonders on stubborn greens and blues. Check it out: (it's towards the bottom of you don't feel like reading ;) it is a very interesting article though)

Do not completely understand. If the first picture is the result of the Vitamin C I think you did a terrific job getting most of the green out.
Articles section has articles with methods to fade out unwanted color other than Vitamin C lather. General Questions have numerous previous posts of people trying to remove unwanted color.
On a very light green I have used Quantum Reds shampoo from Sallys Beauty Supply in the states with pretty good results. Quantum Reds comes in a red cylindrical bottle and this month the liter is on sale for $10. Anyway red is the opposite of green on the color wheel and the red deposited from the shampoo masks the very light green. This is a suggestion.
You might also try making a very pale pink mixture of a lot of conditioner and a very small amount of a medium pink dye. Again red is opposite green on the color wheel and none will help to hide/mask the other color. Take a small bowl and fill with more white conditioner than would cover the hair. Add a fingernail amount of medium pink semi-permanent dye to the white conditioner and mix very well. The color should be a very light pink to maybe light pink. Strongly suggest perform a strand test with the mixture you made which is apply the very light pink mixture on a very small section of the very light green hair. Check the results every minute or two on the very small strand. Then add white conditioner to lighten the pink mixture or add a little more pink semi-permanent dye to slightly darken the pink mixture as you see fit. This is another suggestion.
These are my suggestions and good luck.
