Might be too late, but personally I don't like any of the Shopper's bleaches. Like, at all. The first bleach I bought there was a Manic Panic kit and Manic Panic bleach is GOD AWFUL. Super harsh and ridiculously fume-y (and I didn't even use the 40vol. developer that came with, I only did a bleach bath with 20vol. and it was AWFUL). The only other bleach powder I saw there was the "Ice Cream" brand which I like better than the Manic Panic - it was all right, not great though. Somewhat less fume-y, but I found it hard to apply (if you put enough developer in, it was runny AF) and didn't do the best job.
I bought a big container of Ion bleach powder from Sally's and will never use Shopper's bleach again - the Ion is WAYYYYYY better. Bleaches much nicer with less damage, and I can get an excellent result with very low volume developer (10vol. is what I use with the Ion on my naturally blonde hair). It also gets very thick so it is extremely easy to apply without dripping everywhere and doesn't irritate my scalp. It isn't the best bleach powder out there I'm sure but dang is it EVER lightyears better than anything I've used at Shopper's and one big tub is lasting me forever.
I sympathize with the access issue, as I also don't drive, but if you can I would wait, buy some good bleach from Sally's website or something, and go with that. Bleach is one of those things where what you buy makes a big difference and Shopper's has poor selection which is "meh" at best, IMO.

I agree. The bleaches at Shoppers are not great quality. If you can get to Sally's, look for Blond Brilliance or Roux.
