Shotlasting hair dyeby Claire_001Posted 4 years, 1 month ago
Hello, I wan't to dye my hair blue, but my boss won't aprove. So i need a colour that will last 2-3 days. My hair is now coloured brown/redish, it's not very dark. I don't want to use chalk. What product can i use the best?

Colored hair spray could work.

Colored spray works, I've used it but it's very stiff like hairspray and it stains really bad. Splat and Garnier have washout hair colors, I've never used it and I'm not sure if it lasts 2-3 days.
This one looks interesting too

Your best options are a wig, colored hair spray, colored styling gel or hair chalk.
I have previously had many jobs unable to have fun colorful hair. The job comes first, because everyone needs income in order to have fun away from work.
Suggest invest in a clarrifying shampoo like Suave if in the states. A clarrifying shampoo helps to remove product like hair spray in the hair.

I have some Garnier "Wash out" liquid hair chalk. (Doesn't say hair chalk but it's basically the same thing) It does stain the hair, i put it on white hair once and it left a blue-green tint for about a month. If your hair is dark the stain wont be noticeable.
EDIT: The product name is "Garnier Color Styler" it seems to be common in grocery stores in the U.S. and i think Sally's has it or something just like it.
EDIT AGAIN: I found a pic with it in my hair if you're interested in purchasing it. I had to comb it out a little, it makes your hair kind of stiff, combing it after it dried helps. http://i.imgur.com/gtN2L1z.png
